Welcome to the Idaho Fish and Game tagged fish report page. The online form was established to assist anglers report tags and other necessary information which is used to assist fisheries management in the state of Idaho. The overall goal of any tagging study is to make fishing better for you, the angler. It is important that you answer all of the questions completely. You will be sent a report of the fish that you captured that will include where and when it was tagged, how big it was when it was tagged, and whether the fish was previously caught and released by another angler.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. If your tag had a reward listed on it, you will be required to mail it in so that it can be verified before we issue you a check. The tag will be returned to you after it has been verified.
