Beth has resided in Salmon, Idaho since 2001 and has worked in her current position coordinating Salmon Region Nongame Program activities since 2002. Previously, she worked as district wildlife biologist and state Access and Habitat Program coordinator for Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, and deer habitat technician and Private Lands Wildlife Management Program coordinator for California Department of Fish and Game.

Beth's professional interests include wildlife-habitat relationships, raptor ecology, conservation biology of forest carnivores, sagebrush-steppe ecology, aspen restoration, and human dimensions of wildlife management. She received a B.S. degree in Environmental & Systematic Biology from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo.

Her personal interests include bird watching, botanizing, reading, fishing, hunting, fruit and vegetable gardening, stained glass crafting, and work with the local Arts Council.
