MK Nature Center Education Building

Come inside the Education Building for hands-on activities like making animal tracks in the sand, touching animal pelts, antlers, horns, and skulls, and crawling into a life size black bear den.

Visitors can see full body taxidermy mounts of Idaho wildlife including grizzly bear, cougar, mountain goat, wolf, elk, caribou, bald eagle, waterfowl, trout, salmon and more. Text, along with beautiful photographs, describe the importance of hunting in Idaho’s history and culture.
