Abstract:

This collection of three datasheets and one cave diagram were used to record casual observation of three individual bats (one each of three species) and an unknown number of unidentified Myotis species and to record sample numbers and cave locations for environmental samples collected on 23 September 2015 at Minnetonka Cave, Bear Lake County, Idaho. A full cave survey was not performed on this visit, which was focused on collecting environmental samples. However, the three species of bats identified were Townsend's big-eared bat, western small-footed myotis, and long-eared myotis. Twenty-one environmental samples were collected for testing from different areas of the cave system.
